   Stanislaus National Forest Pre-Prospectus Notice - 6/08
The Stanislaus National Forest in California will be offering campgrounds for concession operation on the Summit and Groveland Ranger Districts.  It is anticipated that the prospectus for these sites will be available by late summer of 2008.  For more information, see the Pre-Prospectus Notice

    Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest Concession Opportunity - 5/08
The Washburn Ranger District will be offering a concessionaire opportunity for the Two Lakes Campground.  It is anticipated the prospectus will be issued in June, 2008 with an anticipated closing date by August 7, 2008.  See the Letter to Stakeholders and the accompanying map for details.

    Pike and San Isabel National Forests Concession Opportunity - 4/08
The Pike and San Isabel National Forests in Colorado are advertising a prospectus for the operation of recreation facilities on the Leadville, Salida, San Carols, Pikes Peak and South Platte Ranger Districts.  One permit will be issued.  A selection will be made in late summer so that a permit may be issued and an operator in place on January 1, 2009.  It is available on line at:

Any Question & Answers, errata or additional information will be posted in the same location.
 
A field review, or show-me-trip is tentatively scheduled for the week of June 9th.  As the itinerary is confirmed, it will be posted at the internet address shown above.  Applicants are encouraged to research this opportunity on their own.  Applications will need to be postmarked no later than July 3, 2008.

    Deschutes National Forest Prospectus - 4/08
The Deschutes National Forest has issued a prospectus to provide visitor services at various recreation sites throughout the forest.  The announcement states the due date for applications is June 13, 2008.  The Prospectus is available for review and downloading on the Forest's website.  The announcement of their offering is described in the following:

    CORRECTION NOTICE : Huron-Manistee Prospectus - 4/08
The Huron-Manistee National Forests have issued a Correction to their prospectus.  The corrections include:
#1 - Correction to the Pass Discounts - Section II.B.
#2 - Correction to the due date for submitting applications - Section IV.A.
